Located within walking distance of Lake Michigan, this new 4-story hotel offers a contemporary hospitality experience that blends the comforts of apartment-style living with the convenience of a hotel stay. The development features 21 thoughtfully designed guest units on the second through fourth floors, with each unit incorporating spacious layouts that provide guests with a more residential-style experience.

The building is organized with a welcoming lobby on the ground floor, providing an efficient and guest-focused arrival experience. A landscaped outdoor patio with a pergola extends the public amenities beyond the building envelope, creating a comfortable gathering space that encourages guests to enjoy the surrounding New Buffalo atmosphere.

The project contributes to the continued growth of the area by introducing a distinctive lodging destination that supports local tourism and activates the surrounding streetscape. Designed with a pedestrian-friendly scale, the building responds to its walkable setting while establishing a contemporary architectural presence that reflects the character of the lakeshore community.
