SEEK is excited to partner with Start Early to transform their new space in the Near West Side neighborhood into a supportive environment for families with young children. Start Early's mission is to advance quality early learning and close the opportunity gap, and their new office design will reflect this commitment.

The project involves renovating a 10,000 sq ft space to create a welcoming and functional environment, including open and private offices, training rooms, a socialization room, and a reception and waiting area. The design will capture Start Early's brand identity, incorporating a soothing color palette to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Upon entering the reception area, visitors will be greeted by shades of purple guiding them through the space, creating a sense of calm and comfort. Using branded colors throughout the common areas will reinforce Start Early's identity and create a cohesive environment where families can feel supported and empowered. The interior design will prioritize functionality and flexibility, ensuring that the space can adapt to the needs of Start Early's staff and the families they serve. The design will also incorporate elements that promote interaction and collaboration, creating a space where families can connect and learn together.
