Located in the heart of the Lincoln Park community at the intersection of Clark and Wrightwood, a new 7-story, 66-unit building will replace the former Dunlay’s restaurant site. This new mixed-use development reactivates this bustling retail stretch of Clark Street that had been vacant for several years. Our design directly responds to the ‘jog’ in Clark Street by stepping back at each floor, minimizing the visual impact of the building along the commercial corridor while creating dynamic movement in the building form.

The terraces that fan out from the building create a unique interaction between the outdoor spaces and the street activity below. A warm palette of cream-colored brick and champagne metal panel highlight the angled form of the building while still blending into the historic character of the surrounding neighborhood.
